A toasted white chocolate with chunks of roasted cashews.
We often see in our range that makers choose to roast the white chocolate. This way you get a very nice taste effect, as in caramel, dulce de leche and other delicacies where roasting or burning adds a lot of flavor.
Auro combines the roasted white chocolate with pieces of (of course also roasted) cashew nuts. And so you get a deliciously sweet treat in which the cashew goes very well with the slightly roasted and sweet flavors of the white chocolate. Very nice!
Made by Auro – tree to bar chocolate makers working from the Philippines and with cocoa from the Philippines. In addition to their delicious dark origin chocolates – definitely worth it – we also find the festive ‘Filipino Fiesta’ series very worthwhile, with the vegan white chocolate with kalamansi and this white chocolate with cashew that you are now viewing as a highlight – therefore both with a lot of enjoy our range.
Ingredients: cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, soy lecithin (emulsifier), cashew nuts, sea salt.
Allergy Note: Contains Milk, Soy, Nuts. Made in a factory that also processes peanuts and oats.

De smaak van de cashewnootjes maakt dat deze geroosterde witte choco niet zo “caramac-esk” mierzoet smaakt! Wat mij betreft, is deze reep daardoor toegankelijker, dan de gebrande witte chocolades, waar niets doorheen zit. Deze smelt ook korrelig in je mond, niet tussen je vingers, of al in de wikkel, omdat je die zit te lezen. Lekker reepje, maar niet echt opvallend
