Tingo Maria Peru. Chocolate from craft chocolate maker Sirene from Victoria, Canada. Made from 73% cocoa from Peru from the area of the Ucayali River.
The structure is not super smooth, somewhat grainy, but matching the chocolate – as far as we’re concerned. The taste is excellent in our opinion – this is probably our favorite Siren chocolate. With taste notes of caramel and fruit, but actually much more. You can taste everything, in a nice balance. A real chocolate to pick up every now and then, and to discover something new in it. One time you think ‘gosh, what a beautiful yet standard chocolate taste’ and the next time you taste cream, walnut, honey, or the more fruity tones.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar.
