Auro makes beautiful chocolates in the Philippines from cocoa from the Philippines.
They also have chocolates with flavors, but the Reserve line is really about cocoa. Single estate, from one cocoa farm. And of course from beautiful cocoa that gives the chocolate a wonderfully rich taste.

Taste profile: Sweet, sour and slightly woody and floral. Very long aftertaste.
They say about it: Located in the tropical mountains, Saloy is fed with fresh spring water that flows through the lush forests and gives the chocolate a very dynamic taste of spices, bergamot and cherry.
