Description
Where we really appreciate Solkiki for their special vegan milk chocolate & white chocolates, they have also crafted a number of pure origin chocolates as craft chocolatemakers – for the time being we have included two in the assortment. Both made from cocoa from Cacaotales from Peru – the one the Chililique and this is the Gran Palo cocoa.
72% cocoa from the Piura region in Peru and the taste note that the makers have added:
“Round taste with notes of malt, brown bread, dark Stout beer and prunes Low acidity, mild chocolate with a hint of hazelnut”.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter.
Allergy note from the makers: may contain traces of soy, nuts and gluten. Vegan.
Awards: silver at the International Chocolate Awards EU 2018 & bronze at Academy of Chocolate 2017 bronze.
