“Pisa” refers to Produits des Îles S.A. (PISA), a Haitian social enterprise that has helped modernize Haiti’s cocoa sector. Based in the country’s northeast, the cooperative produces exceptional organic cocoa beans. A fun fact: of the 1,500 cocoa farmers involved, around 500 are women! Palette de Bine was involved in the early stages of the PISA project and is proud to have contributed to its success. Naturally, this beautiful chocolate bar is made with 70% PISA cocoa.

Awards: In 2016, Palette de Bine’s PISA 70% won the prestigious title of Best Chocolate Maker in the Americas and Asia-Pacific at the International Chocolate Awards.
