Cacaosuyo Rupa Rupa 100%

Rupa Rupa 100% – a soft chocolate of 100% cocoa from Peru, made entirely in Peru.

We already knew Cacaosuyo from their dark (70-80%) origin chocolates, and a few milk chocolate, but now they also make 100% of the fine cocoa from Peru. Slightly ‘dry’ in structure, but a lot to taste.

We would describe the taste as Slightly dry taste, and a lot to taste. Cocoa, cream, but also slightly metallic and medicinal.

May contain traces of milk, nuts and peanuts.
