Like all chocolates from Chocolat Madagascar, made entirely in Madagascar, with cocoa from Madagascar.
Extra special about this chocolate is that it is not just any dark chocolate, but (a lot!) cocoa nibs have been added, unground, roasted cocoa.
This gives this chocolate a completely different structure (when you taste it you could almost think that you are chewing a cookie), and taste experience. You can really taste the rough structure and the powerful pure taste of the cocoa itself. Very different from when you ‘just’ take a dark chocolate.
Nice to try, even if you don’t really know what cocoa can taste like on its own, and nice to discover how the cacao nibs combine with the best fruity chocolate from Madagascar. In our opinion also a chocolate that, because it is quite powerful, can go well with all kinds of combinations in food and drinks. We are certainly thinking of creamy cheeses where the structure contrasts nicely, and some (strong) teas could also be nice. You can probably also choose a nice beer with it. In short, you can do many things with it. It is also nice to taste the ‘normal’ 70% dark chocolate from Chocolat Madagascar next to it, or the 85 or 100%. This way you can easily have a nice tasting!
