The set contains 10 chocolates of 50 grams, a wonderful introduction to the most beautiful chocolates of the French maker Francois Pralus, each bar with a different cocoa origin, but all in the characteristic very creamy style, with 75% cocoa but thanks to the slightly higher percentage of cocoa butter still very accessible.
The origins: Papua, Indonesia, Sao Tome, Trinidad, Venezuela, Tanzania, Ghana, Madagascar, Colombia, Ecuador.
Ingredients: cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin.
Contents 500 grams. 10×50 grams.
One set with ten chocolates, all with the same style of making, the same ingredients and percentages, but each one different due to the origin of the cocoa, which is different for each bar. We can say that you buy a very nice tasting in one go. We think it’s a bit strange that they call it a ‘pyramid’, a pyramid really has a different shape than ten stacked bars, but tropical stack may not sound catchy enough. Whatever it’s called – we think it’s a very nice set and are happy that we can now offer it.
Characteristics:
Creamy, Pralus uses a lot of cocoa butter, which gives you a creamier chocolate. The taste and structure are therefore relatively soft
10 beautiful origins, wonderful to taste the difference between cocoa from Trinidad, Colombia and Ecuador. And so 10 cocoa countries in total.
A ready-made pure tasting – It couldn’t be easier. You buy 1 set and have enough for a whole tasting, or two. Of course you can always order another package, for example milk chocolate (vegan or not) if you also want to taste something in that direction.
Nice gift set – The content is good, but the packaging makes it complete. Simple, 10 colors of paper for the packaging and a bow but the whole thing looks very festive.
