Fine dark chocolate from Chocolate Tree with 65% cocoa from Lachua Guatemala.
With notes of citrus and red fruit – but don’t be put off – it is a nice balance in our opinion (the 65% is a nice percentage here, just a little more sweet than if it is 70% or more) and really not intense pickles.
Ingredients: cocoa, cane sugar, cocoa butter.
Biological. Made in a place that also processes nuts and milk.
