What a nice chocolate! At least we think so.
With 85% cocoa, you probably think oh dear, that will be intense, bitter, and what not. But no, this bar is really very soft and accessible for its percentage – but where this sometimes means that with a lot of cocoa butter little of the flavor is left, a nice balance has been found here. Soft, but tasty. And highly recommended for both regular fans of the purer work and for anyone who wants to try a higher percentage.
And of course – that beautiful bird on the front (a bee-eater – occurs in different species in Sierra Leone, but we know the bird in the European variant from Southern Europe) immediately does us a lot of good. In addition to the fact that, as always at Chocolatemakers, it concerns fair and organic cocoa.
Ingredients: cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter.
At least 85% cocoa. Contents 80 grams. Plastic-free packaging, made with solar energy.
