A beautiful collaboration by Janice Wong – artist, chocolatier, and entrepreneur from Singapore. That’s why Mario, Chocolatoa, makes these special bean to bar chocolate bars. A whole range, including with Asian inclusions, but we are happy to sell two special pure bean to bar chocolates. Certainly because they provide great comparison material, with the same cocoa the same maker has also made chocolates under his own name, or for Zoto. Just different, in branding and processing, and therefore wonderful material for comparison.
Cocoa from Bundibugyo Uganda was used for this chocolate.
Ingredients: cocoa mass, beet sugar, cocoa butter.
Allergy note: may contain traces of milk.
Contents 40 grams.
