Description
Back in 2017, Coup de Chocolat introduced a new batch of ‘Belgian Fine Flavour Chocolates’—authentic Belgian chocolates. The very first creation in this line was the ‘Gusta’, a chocolate made from cacao sourced from the Sierra Nevada region of Colombia.
An added bonus: the cacao is transported from Colombia to the port of Antwerp by sailing ship.
A pure, fruity chocolate. The makers describe the flavor as follows:
A surprisingly fruity bar with notes of ripe tropical fruit, such as banana and mango. A good balance of acidity and bitterness, with a hint of hazelnut and a caramel-like finish.
Ingredients: cacao, cane sugar.
Flavor notes (as described by the maker): Roasted hazelnuts, tropical fruit (mango/banana), dry wood, anise.
Net weight: 45 grams.
