This is another cocoa with a beautiful origin. Not only because of the flavor, but also because of the cocoa farmers and the company that grows the cocoa in the Dominican Republic, where conservation and protection are an integral part of the company.

Dandelion Description: “The cocoa beans for this bar come from a collection of cocoa farms around the Zorzal Bird Sanctuary. For this harvest, we roast the cocoa hotter and conch it shorter, for a deep chocolate flavor with delicate cherry and spicy notes. We taste notes of Black Forest Cake and Darjeeling.

Deze reep gekocht op chocoa in februari, en de eerste kennismaking met deze maker. Wauw! Superlekker! Heerlijk fris, rood fruit eerst, daarna echt een romige smaak en een lange nasmaak. Aan een heel klein stukje heb je heel veel plezier, dus je doet er lang mee, ook al is het een wat kleinere reep. Zeker de prijs waard.
