A powerful flavor—actually more so than the 100% chocolate from the same maker, made with Zorzal cocoa. This Mallano chocolate has both more acidity and more bitterness, resulting in a slightly more in-your-face flavor. This isn’t unpleasant, as the fruitiness beautifully intersperses the bitter notes, creating a pleasant balance.
