A white chocolate that combines this perhaps, made in New Zealand by Karl van Hogarth. And what a fine bar it is!
The combination of the licorice flavor and the caramelized white chocolate – extremely successful. If you like it of course, there will probably be people who do not appreciate this combination, but we certainly do, and especially if it is executed as here. Nice and sweet but still not too, and very nice together.
The maker says about it “When licorice and caramel are combined, they create a wonderfully unexpected flavor bomb. We added caramelized white chocolate and dark licorice, incredibly delicious! The journey begins with rich sweet caramel that slowly turns into lingering black licorice, the taste will stay with you for a while and bring you back for more…Licorice lovers will absolutely love this bar.”
Ingredients: sugar cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, clarified butter, licorice powder 3.5%, sunflower lecithin.
