With the new packaging (which we love), Fjåk is also releasing some extra special chocolates – from very limited cocoa, and very tasty (or crazy amazing) cocoa.
This is certainly a good example of that, the cocoa comes via Uncommon Cacao from Maya Mountain, but a very specific microlot of cocoa from the north of the region – fermented separately by Maya Mountain.
Taste notes: Creamy dark chocolate with hints of raisins, apricot and rum.
Ingredients: cocoa, cane sugar, cocoa butter.
Allergy note: may contain traces of nuts, milk and gluten.
