We have come across Fossa before. In rave reviews, by prizes they won at festivals, by tips from various sides.

Then of course we had to taste. And thanks to good contact with a German fellow chocolate seller, we got the chance to ship these chocolates from Singapore. They did not disappoint, on the contrary.

Pure chocolates in excellent versions and bars with taste that we can say against you. That a chocolate with ‘salted egg cereal’ can be tasty… we couldn’t have imagined that beforehand. That a chocolate with sesame & seaweed can be tasty? We had no idea. And then there are the beautiful chocolates with different exciting teas.

We know quite a bit about chocolate ourselves, and taste a lot. But there are always people who know and know a hundred times more. There may not be many, but they are there.
