It’s great to see how Fossa manages to surprise time and time again with new flavors and certainly also with collaborations with other local organizations and companies that value taste. Whether it concerns the tea specialists of Pekoe & Imp or in this case the ‘Food Folks’, surprising things always come together, and there is always a lot to discover. In this case, a chocolate with cookie pieces and pineapple. A chocolate with an intense full scent, and a hit for lovers of white chocolate, caramel or pineapple (or all three). Some people will love it, others may find the pineapple in pieces less successful, or the bar too sweet or not sweet enough – everyone has their own preferences, of course – but with Fossa you can hardly ever say that it is not a nice chocolate to try once, and different from what you already know.
