Dark (72% chocolate, made from cocoa from Tanzania with sake added. And not just any sake, but a traditionally and naturally made sake, made the old way, and matured for 18 years.
The taste of the whole is described as: complex taste with notes of plums and warm spices, like an elegantly matured sake. Taste notes: oxidative, nutty and umami.
Ingredients: cocoa, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sake (rice, koji, water)
