This dark milk chocolate bar (64%) from Fossa is infused with rose and contains Italian pistachios for a crunchy texture. It is topped with dehydrated cranberries and French rose petals. The cacao used comes from the Philippines and has a fruity flavour profile. The makers themselves say: “We enjoy this with a cup of tea on a quiet afternoon. Delicate yet bold, with the richness of chocolate and a touch of floral and fruit for a truly refined experience.”
