Made with black sticky rice – Pulut Hitam is a traditional dessert from Indonesia that has found its way to Singapore – where Fossa makes its chocolates.

And as we know Fossa, they are always able to transform beautiful (local) flavours into very surprising, and often excellent, chocolates. Chocolates that introduce you to flavours that you may not know yet, or that you do and that remind you of the past. Close your eyes, taste, and experience. Worth it every time.

In this case, based on a dessert made with black sticky rice, often eaten with some palm sugar.

44% cocoa, pure (no milk), and with this sticky rice and coconut sugar (in addition to regular cane sugar) as an addition. A dessert as a chocolate bar. It has become another fascinating creation!

Ingredients: cocoa butter, sticky rice, cocoa, coconut palm sugar, cane sugar.

Contents 50 grams. Allergy note: processed in a place where nuts and milk are also processed.

Also one of the very few chocolates made with rice, as far as we have come across.
