Description
The osmanthus flower symbolizes the eighth month of the lunar calendar, during which the Mid-Autumn Festival also takes place. This is a harvest festival mainly celebrated in China and in countries with Chinese communities. Traditional activities include admiring the full moon, making lanterns, and eating so-called mooncakes: round pastries with fillings such as lotus seed or nuts.
Inspired by this celebration, Fossa has created a dark milk chocolate featuring the flavors of osmanthus flower and the traditional Cantonese Wu Ren mooncake. The result is a crunchy bar, full of dried fruits and nuts, that is not too sweet!
Ingredients: cacao, cane sugar, milk powder, walnut, cranberry, white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, almond flakes, candied melon, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, osmanthus flower. 58% cocoa in the milk chocolate.
Allergy note: contains nuts and milk. All Fossa bars are produced in a facility where nuts and milk are also processed, and may therefore contain traces of these.
Contents: 50 grams.
