Hojicha (焙じ茶) is a style of roasted Japanese green tea that originates from Kyoto. After steaming, the leaves are roasted to a gentle bitterness and develop their unique nutty, roasted aroma. This process turns the tea brown, giving it an attractive maroon color.
Ingredients: cocoa, cocoa butter, cane sugar, milk powder, tea leaves.
