Another nice addition to the large taste universe of Fossa from Singapore.
This time a white chocolate with matcha & yuzu.
We already had some chocolates with matcha in our range, as well as with yuzu – but not with the combination – even though it actually makes quite a lot of sense.
The makers say: “Made from ‘Wakatake’ quality matcha – the highest quality culinary matcha – from the highly regarded Japanese matcha producer Marukyu Koyamaen. The matcha has a good balance between richness and umami, while the bright green color is a delight for the eye is. Made in a creamy white chocolate and combined with candied yuzu peels with citrus fruits, this makes for the perfect teatime snack.”
Ingredients: cocoa butter, milk powder, caster sugar, sweetened yuzu (yuzu, sugar), matcha (ground tea leaves)
