Dark chocolate from cocoa from Nicaragua by French Broad.
The cocoa comes from Cacao Bisiesto, Matagalpa, Nicaragua. A favorite at French Broad chocolate and also used to make the desserts and drinking chocolates that they serve in their chocolate café.
Flavor description: Earthy with notes of black coffee and licorice.
Ingredients: cocoa, sugar, single origin cocoa butter.
Allergy note from the maker: made in a workshop that also processes nuts, oats, milk, eggs, peanuts and soy. May therefore contain traces of these.
