As always at Friis Holm, made with specific cocoa varieties from Nicaragua. Like here the best in the world awarded O’Payo milk chocolate, or the famous Nicaliso. But then supplemented with ingredients from Japan – as you may know, craft chocolate is relatively well known in Japan, there are many local makers, but people like the Dane Friis Holm are also a welcome guest at the chocolate festivals. Not like in the Netherlands where the makers are behind their booth and that’s about it but including signing autographs and all.
