Fu Wan

Fu Wan – chocolate makers from Taiwan . And not just any chocolate makers.

The fact that they made something special was demonstrated by the results of the chocolate awards in 2019. Among other things, they received the award for best dark chocolate in the world (best in competition) at the International Chocolate Awards world final for their # 1 Ping Tung 62%. Many of their other chocolates were also awarded at the various chocolate awards.

Partly so special because they work with local cocoa, from Taiwan and for a number of bars also with local additives, from tea to wild pepper.
