Description
Fu Wan chocolate pure with Magoa, wild pepper. No real pepper, but so called. It is called Kubeben pepper, or maqaw or mountain pepper.
With a very aromatic taste in the direction of lemongrass, ginger, and fruity flavors, this wild berry makes a beautiful and exciting addition to chocolate. The fruit is native to Taiwan and the chocolate is also made entirely from cocoa from Taiwan. That sounds crazy, a local product.
The Magoa is added to the (award-winning, and even among the best in the world) 62% Ping Tung chocolate from Fu Wan.
Ingredients: cocoa, cane sugar, cocoa butter, magoa (mountain pepper)
