A beautiful fusion of milk chocolate from Taiwan with Oriental Beauty tea, a traditional tea from Taiwan with a delicate taste, and finally rose petals and lychee.
The cocoa is of course, as always at Fu Wan, made from local cocoa from Taiwan.
Ingredients: dark chocolate (Ping-Tung cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract), Oriental beauty tea powder, dried rose powder.
Description from the makers: “This chocolate is made from Ping Tung cocoa and is ground with Taiwanese oriental beauty tea, rose powder and lychee powder, a very enchanting and elegant combination. The right milk flavor balances the astringency of the chocolate and the tea powder, making the chocolate has a very pleasant mouthfeel. The complexity of the recipe earns it a “Recipe Special Award” in the ICA World Final 2020-21.”
