Fu Wan’s fantastic chocolates—made entirely in Taiwan—now also available in a beautiful 85% dark version.
With cocoa from the Ping Tung region in southern Taiwan—where Fu Wan sources the cocoa directly from the cocoa farmers, and the fermentation is centrally managed.
The chocolate, especially considering its cocoa percentage, is quite accessible and smooth in flavor. Yet, there’s plenty to taste: nutty, slightly bitter, creamy, and some fruity notes at the end. A bit of everything, but in a beautiful balance.
