One of the few books that delve deeply into good chocolates. And with that, a book that we can heartily recommend to every chocolate lover.

Now then Georgia Ramon. He makes beautiful chocolate bars with his wife in his studio in Bonn. Pure bars without additives & a number of original chocolates with special flavors. With hot (hot !!!) pepper, also with milder peppers than some intriguing vegan 'milk chocolate'.
