A beautiful chocolate made from cocoa from Madagascar.
Tasting notes from the maker: notes of tropical fruit, spices, honey, and roasted nuts.
Ingredients: cocoa, cane sugar, cocoa butter.
Allergy note from the maker: May contain traces of milk and nuts.
Contents: 50 grams.
Good to know: Previously made with specific cocoa from the Mava cocoa plantation, this is now a different (organic) cocoa from Madagascar. We recently tasted the bar and thought…it seems to have gotten better and better, but it had been a while since we’d tasted this chocolate. Nevertheless, it’s a lovely fruity Madagascan chocolate that still has plenty of flavor. An added bonus is that the bar is now made with organic cocoa again.
