Description of Idilio: The queen of cocoa varieties, the extremely rare and noble Porcelana, is the purest known criollo variety. Its aromatic richness is incomparably harmonious. Our Porcelana is harvested under scientific supervision in the last known growth areas at the foot of the Andes, gently fermented and dried in the sun.

De smaak is geweldig, lekker romig met een beetje walnoot en hazelnoot en ook wat kaneel met koffie. De koffie overheerst niet, maar blijft wel lang als onderdeel van de zachte, romige nasmaak. Voor zo’n best donkere chocola zit er verrassend genoeg geen zure smaak in en dat vind ik bij deze reep echt een groot genoegen.
