Made in Hawaii, with mango as an addition and finished with some coconut (milk). This gives you a very nice creamy chocolate with fine cocoa flavors that combine wonderfully with these fruits. And so, with coconut and no cow’s milk, also vegan as a nice bonus. But it is mainly a bar that is about Hawaii, and the beautiful flavors of this American state that is so completely different from the rest of the US.
Manoa says about it: “Historical accounts suggest that mangoes first arrived in the Hawaiian Islands before 1825. In Hawaii, the fruit thrives with more than 500 varieties on the islands! The mango season is a highlight of the summer in Hawaii and brings a pleasant sweetness in the heat. It is often eaten fresh or preserved by means of pickling, chutney and sauces.”
