Great dark chocolate with candied ginger, from Maison Marou.
The makers of Marou have a number of beautiful chocolate shops where you can eat cakes, drink hot chocolate and where you can also get extra special chocolates. Maison Marou, in Vietnam of course.
They also make this beautiful bar with ginger, normally only available from them but we were able to get a few boxes.
We also did everything we could to keep the price friendly, because the Maison Marou series is really a bit more exclusive in terms of small batches and the price that Marou charges for it. But we thought it was really cool (and an honor) that we could offer some chocolates despite the large print on the bar ‘only available at Maison Marou’.
Ingredients: cocoa, cane sugar, ginger, cocoa butter.
May contain traces of gluten, milk, egg, cashew and peanut. Contents 80 grams.
