Description
Please note – part of stock in Swedish packaging. It is exactly the same chocolate, but it was only available in Swedish packaging. As far as we’re concerned, it’s just extra fun, but good to know.
Beautiful spiced chocolate from Marou, in honor of their 10th anniversary.
An anniversary with a black edge, because one of the founders, Samuel, passed away last year. This bar is therefore definitely a tribute to him, and the inspiration he got from the food stalls in Vietnam where they sell the famous Pho noodle soup. And he would undoubtedly have liked the fact that the anniversary is celebrated with this chocolate, because Samuel & Vincent started their adventure in Vietnam, Marou’s chocolate factory has become an icon that connects the Vietnamese cocoa farmers directly with the whole world, thanks to special, powerful, tasty bean to bar chocolates that each highlight their own region of the country. We can say that Marou has become an iconic chocolate factory.
With five spices that together try to capture the essence of pho in a dark chocolate bar. A dark chocolate 65% with cardamom, star anise, coriander, cinnamon and cloves.
Ingredients: cocoa (65% – cocoa nibs, cocoa butter), sugar, coriander, green cardamom, cinnamon, star anise, cloves.
Allergy note from the makers: free of nuts, gluten, soy and milk.
Kelly –
