Nano_Lot chocolate from Naive made with Chuncho cacao from Peru.
Chuncho cacao is grown in the sacred valley of Peru near Cusco and Machu Picchu. This cacao is known for its rich and complex flavours and has a sweet, fruity, and floral profile, along with a light bitter note (the “Amaro” character: amaro is an Italian herbal bitter liqueur). What makes it even more special is that researchers believe it may be, genetically speaking, the “mother of all fine-quality cacao.”
Ingredients: nanolot cacao, cane sugar, cocoa butter. Minimum 70% cocoa.
