In it, the maker has chocolates with extra-extra special cocoa, which almost always overwhelm us with their exciting, special and full flavors. In this case too, Domantas from Naive has once again found a beautiful cocoa that he has made something special out of.

As soon as you open the package and smell it – you will notice that you are dealing with something special!

Light in color – if we didn’t know better we would almost think it was milk chocolate – also because the scent is in that direction. There seems to be a lot of cocoa butter in it, the bar has a very soft structure but in a nice way. In the taste, in addition to what the maker calls, we also find spiciness, floral and fruity tones, light licorice and mint. In short – really a lot to taste – one time you taste this the other time – the taste goes in many directions but all pleasant, making it somewhat magical what happens in your mouth.

You pay a bit extra for the Nano_Lot chocolates compared to the ‘normal’ Naive chocolates, but you (we think) completely understand that when you taste it, and also when you realize that it is really small-scale grown unique cocoa – in this case This dark chocolate is made with 68% cocoa found in the Magdalena Medio Antioqueno area of ​​Colombia.

Description of the maker:

This cocoa was recently discovered during an expedition in the Magdalena Medio Antioqueño region of Colombia. The team’s attention was drawn to the unique flavor of the fresh flesh, which tastes like purple flowers, apples and overripe bananas. And the subsequently fermented, dried and roasted beans turned out to be surprisingly tasty too.
This cocoa was named after the hill Patiburrú or Patiburro, which is famous for the m view, hikes, camping and kite festival in August.

Acriollado type with 35% criollo genes. The beans are fermented in horizontal boxes for 5 days, with a slowly rising temperature that gives a very rich taste thanks to long active yeasts during fermentation.

Flavor description from the maker: unique flavor profile with nutty and buttery notes. Dried banana, biscuits, nutty, strong.
