Description
Hoezee, Chocolatemakers now also makes vegan milk chocolate.
Since milk is only an addition as far as we chocolate sellers are concerned (and with that the subdivision into dark, milk & white is quite arbitrary), it is nice that people think differently and try other additions. Of course also because we can all consume just a little less animal products. And especially if you really don’t miss the milk. We proudly sell a wide range of vegan ‘milk chocolates’ from all kinds of makers. From makers such as Solkiki (who work entirely vegan, their entire and very wide range is dairy-free) but also many individual creations – from Original Beans to Heinde & Verre to now, and we are happy with that, Chocolatemakers. A nice addition to our extensive vegan range.
Cocoa from Brazil is used for this chocolate, from Cooperativo Cabruco (48%), not only organic but also Demeter (biodynamic) certified. Rice drink powder and oat fiber have been added for a nice creamy taste.
A fascinating chocolate, in which we notice: a somewhat sticky structure (not in an unpleasant way!) and a strong caramel taste that ends in taste notes of liquorice.
Ingredients: cocoa mass** (38%), cane sugar** (28%), rice drink powder* (rice*, sunflower oil*, salt), cocoa butter*, oat beta-glucans*, emulsifier* (rapeseed lecithin).
At least 48% cocoa. Content 80 grams. Demeter and biological. Also plastic-free and compostable, and fair trade, and vegan of course.
Allergy note from the makers: may contain traces of milk and nuts.
