Description
Made with cocoa from Ecuador, a 100% dark chocolate from Letterpress. They call it remarkably mild—we must admit, we didn’t try it ourselves because we could only get a single box. The maker has unfortunately closed down, but we were able to snag a few more boxes in anticipation of our 10th anniversary (which began last October). However, we know Letterpress’s quality, so we’re confident that this is also more than adequate for 100% chocolate.
Flavor notes described as: nutty, floral, berry.

Allergy note: Made in a facility that also processes milk and tree nuts.
