Description
The “White Flowers” bar is one of the more elegant and floral varieties within Paradai’s collection.
The bar is made with cacao from Phuket and has a flavor profile that is typical for the region: fruity, lightly tropical, and softly sweet (think citrus, honey, and ripe fruit). Jasmine and orange blossom contribute to the flavor of the chocolate. During the production process, the flowers were used only as an infusion: they were placed in the chocolate and later removed again. This creates a particularly natural and subtle aroma. As a result, the bar is also somewhat softer and less bitter than some other dark chocolates. Once again, a remarkable bar from this maker!
Fun fact: the cacao used for this bar comes from a single cacao farm in Phuket, where one of Paradai’s founders grew up. The cacao farmer is his mother, who cultivates the cacao naturally alongside many other crops.
Ingredients: cacao beans, cane sugar. Minimum 70% cacao. Contains no traces of soy, nuts, or lactose.
