A beautiful chocolate chicken from Pump Street Bakery – this is the milk chocolate variant – with eggs. Of course very suitable for Easter! And very nice as a gift anyway – also later in the spring or summer.
The chocolate chicken is of course made from special origin chocolate, in this case from milk chocolate 58% from Akesson’s Estate in Madagascar. In addition to the chicken, the package contains four chocolate eggs – two made from 60% Ecuador dark milk chocolate and two from Madagascar cocoa.
A very nice gift, also thanks to the nicely illustrated packaging with a beautiful yellow color, a single golden detail and then a lovely scene on the back with hens, chicks and a hare in watercolor. The packaging is made of FSC certified paper and the foil on the inside is compostable.

Makers description: a spring chicken hand poured from molten single origin craft chocolate made with cocoa beans from Bachelor Hall in Saint Thomas, Jamaica. This dark chocolate is rich and intense with notes of dried fruit, roasted grains and a honey rum finish. We make all our chocolates on site from cocoa bean to bar with cocoa beans sourced directly from specific cocoa farms
