Those who don’t know yet should hear it again: we are always very impressed by the Hungarian makers Rózsavölgyi. From their pure origin chocolates to the nice flavor bars and then also those great packaging… you will make us happy with it.
All the more reason to further expand our range with the two Gianduja chocolates.
Gianduja is a chocolate-with-nuts, but specifically a form in which the nuts are ground just like the cocoa, creating a whole. A kind of nut-chocolate hybrid shape, like a regular chocolate bar but with a softer consistency and of course a wonderfully nutty taste and soft mouthfeel, which is a really great treat with the better varieties.
Rózsavölgyi makes a variant with the traditional hazelnuts, but also this version with… pistachio!
For this, the Nacional Peru cocoa is combined with 20% (organic) pistachios.
This is a pure gianduja, so made with dark chocolate (dairy-free, so also vegan) made with a 73% cocoa chocolate. And so 20% pistachio.
Ingredients: dark chocolate (cocoa, cane sugar, cocoa butter), pistachio paste.
Allergy note from the makers: made in a place where nuts, sesame and milk powder are also processed.
