Omnom – Coffee & Caramel

For 2026, Omnom is introducing two new creations—both classics combined with caramel.

This version features white chocolate with coffee and caramel. They don’t simply make the coffee-infused white chocolate by adding a bit of coffee (or coffee powder) to the bar; instead, the coffee is treated just like cacao—ground down right along with it. You could truly call it a genuine coffee chocolate.

Given that Omnom’s coffee bar was already a classic—as was their Pride Caramel bar—this new offering effectively combines the two.

They also created a “mashup” featuring their Lakkris (licorice) chocolate with caramel, and it is interesting to see how the same amount of caramel influences the flavor so differently in each case. With the Lakkris bar, the bold taste of the licorice—along with its saltiness—is by far the dominant note. In this coffee chocolate, however, the caramel comes much more to the fore, though the coffee remains strongly present. The milk also plays a significant role in the flavor profile. All in all, it is certainly a bar with a lot going on.

In terms of type, it is a white chocolate (so it is quite sweet), though its color is a true coffee-brown.

It is an interesting one to taste. It isn’t a personal favorite of ours—partly because it is a very sweet bar—but the many fans of Omnom, coffee (with milk), and chocolate with caramel pieces will undoubtedly enjoy trying it. It would be great to sample alongside the Milk & Coffee bar or the Caramel bar. Ingredients: cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, coffee beans (10%), sunflower lecithin, crunchy caramel (sugar, glucose syrup, butter, cream, salt, sodium bicarbonate, glucose syrup, E414, sunflower oil, lactic acid, ethyl alcohol, shellac (E904), coconut oil).

Contains MILK. May contain traces of nuts, milk, gluten, soy, egg, and sesame.

Note: contains shellac, so not suitable for strict vegetarians. Naturally, as it is a standard white chocolate, it is not suitable for vegans either.
