Famous Malt Balls, but then with a coating of the characteristic Lakkris (licorice) chocolate from Omnom in white chocolate. That can be called phenomenal.
A bag full of delicious crispy malt balls with that unmistakable taste of the lakkris, together with the sweetness of the white chocolate, very candy-like and very nice to try if you are not yet familiar with Omnom, and want to get to know the Icelandic chocolate makers. The chocolate bars that Omnom makes are worth the effort, often dangerously tasty, but these balls are perhaps an even bigger (and more dangerous) treat for those who love them.
It is really a candy, so unlike the chocolate bars that we sell (except for the filled Zotter’s) a whole list of ingredients – that is simply no different with these malt balls, that is part of it.
Ingredients: White chocolate (cane sugar, cocoa butter, Icelandic whole milk powder, liquorice powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), salmiak), malt balls (wheat flour, sugar, wheat malt flour, wheat starch, barley malt extract, skimmed milk powder, salt), glazing agent (glucose syrup, stabilizer (E414), vegetable oil (sunflower), lactic acid (E270)), closing agent (ethyl alcohol, shellac (E904), vegetable oil (coconut)).
Contents 180 grams.
Allergy note: contains milk, gluten, may contain traces of nuts, milk and gluten. Contains shellac and therefore not suitable for vegetarians.
