A lovely combination of chocolate from Ecuador — made from Ecuadorian cacao and also produced there — with crunchy chia seeds and ginger for a pleasantly spiced flavor.
The makers describe it as follows: “The pleasantly subtle aroma of ginger gives this Paccari chocolate its lightly spicy taste, rounded off by crunchy chia seeds. The result is a creamy chocolate with a unique combination of Arriba Nacional cacao, chia seeds, and exciting ginger notes.”
Ingredients: organic fine Arriba Nacional cocoa, organic whole cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic chia seeds, organic ginger, emulsifier: organic sunflower lecithin.
Contains 60% cocoa. Made in Quito, Ecuador.

Very creamy and buttery (a lot of cacao butter I assume), somewhat fun contribution from ginger, but way too sweet and no character from the cacao. Unremarkable chocolate.
