Description
Nice dark chocolate with essence of bitter orange or citrus x aurantium. In the Netherlands the name ‘sour orange’ or pomerans is used. In any case, a fine, powerful citrus fruit with a sour and bitter taste, apparently originated as a cross between pomelo and wild mandarin and widely cultivated in China.
This citrus comes into its own in this 60% chocolate (relatively sweet), and in our opinion you can really taste what this fairly exotic citrus fruit has to offer. And that in beautiful accessible organic dark chocolate made entirely in Ecuador.
Ingredients: cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, bitter orange essence (0.15%).
Cocoa at least 60%. Content 50 grams. Made in Quito, Ecuador.
Awarded (among other things) gold at the International Chocolate Awards 2019 world final.
