Pacari – Dark with Cardemom

Cardamom, we like it! Not to mention enormously. Cardamom and then freshly ground yourself… few things are more beautiful.

Anyway, when one of the makers makes a cardamom bar, we also prick up our ears. In this case it was Pacari from Ecuador who made such a bar. They do this as they often do with their flavour bars with essence, or an essential oil in which the flavour is very compactly packed, so you need little and yet a lot of flavour. And it is a nice way to get a lot of flavour in chocolate at once, and Pacari does this in such a way that it produces interesting bars, hence the choice to offer this bar. As you would expect – we have more bars with cardamom in our range, also simply with the spice as an addition. And of course a whole range from Pacari.

Ingredients: cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, cardamom essence (0.15%).

Organic. Contents 50 grams. Made in Quito, Ecuador.
