The taste
100% and also “raw” – that can only result in a quite intense bar. Although we often prefer roasted cocoa ourselves, we have to say that we do appreciate this chocolate bar. You could almost call it a piece of “pure nature”.
It’s not a chocolate we would personally eat every day, but for enthusiasts it is an interesting bar, which is why we are happy to include it in our assortment. Personally, we would rather choose the Raw 70% or one of Paccari’s flavored chocolates. But for those who prefer chocolate with no added sugars, just cocoa and nothing else, this is a great one to try.

Paccari also gives the following tip: “Due to its strong, distinctive flavour, this bar pairs very well with robust dessert wines. It goes excellently with rich, noble sweet dessert wines such as port, madeira or amarone.”
Ingredients: organic fine Arriba Nacional cocoa mass, organic fine Arriba Nacional cocoa butter, cocoa content at least 100%.
