Description

With a cocoa content of 90%, this Paccari bar is the latest creation in the RAW line! The bar is sweetened with cane sugar and contains no lecithin.

Paccari is known for its “raw” and minimally processed chocolates, which focus on preserving the cocoa’s natural flavor and characteristics. Here, “raw” does not literally mean unprocessed, but rather refers to low and carefully controlled roasting (or sometimes very light heating), minimal processing to preserve flavor and nutrients as much as possible, and no excessive refinement of the raw materials. Thanks to this gentle processing, many of the cocoa’s complex flavor notes are preserved.

Flavor notes: an intense taste with hints of toffee, caramel, citrus acidity, wood, and nuts.

Awards: first awarded silver at the International Chocolate Awards Americas in 2023.
